Ban Ban Ban

通常看digg，都是隨便瞄一瞄。看昨天Top 1 Topic，才知原來美國很多學校把digg擋掉，看的我瞠目結舌，心想：digg有什麼"危險"嗎？這跟中國篩選資訊的舉動有何差別？不知道還有什麼"不該看"的網站被擋哩？結果今天又有一則某參議員說：該是時候禁止Wikipedia, MySpace, and social networking sites出現在學校以及圖書館的時候了。

害我又想到從Freakonomics看到的這段引用Milton Friedman的話：

“What most people really object to when they object to a free market is that it is so hard for them to shape it to their own will,” Friedman wrote in 1961 in “The New Liberal's Creed.” “The market gives people what the people want instead of what other people think they ought to want. At the bottom of many criticisms of the market economy is really a lack of belief in freedom itself."

本來完全不知道這個已逝的美國經濟學家Milton Friedman，有什麼厲害。看了他的紀錄片之後有幾個收穫：

１．他與人談論事情從不提高音量。
２．他都說別人聽得懂的話。
３．經濟學家好像都還蠻長壽。XD

順便貼一些紀錄片裡引用他的話，也是很有趣：

"The society that puts equality before freedom will end up with neither. The society that puts freedom before equality will end up with a great measure of both."

"Governments never learn. Only people learn."

唉呀，真是扯遠了。總之，連Wiki也要禁，難怪米國的兒童不黑皮。
